2010 Membership Renewal

Dear Devon Members,
Although winter is definitely here, the Devon Board is already making plans for another awesome summer. The Membership Forms for the 2010 season will be sent soon. The membership fees cover not only operating expenses during the summer, but year-round expenses (insurance, utilities, etc.) as well. We are currently working on painting the pool, fixing some leaking issues, and minor maintenance. Some of these projects can be worked on by member volunteers, but some need professionals. This is why it is so important to receive the membership dues this spring. Thank you to all the members who have already paid 2010 dues.
The membership dues for 2010 will remain the same as 2009. The dues are: Family $575, Couples $435, and Singles $285, Tennis-Couple $230, Tennis-Single $145.Current membership fees are due April 1, 2010. All current membership fees received before March 15, 2010, will receive a 5 guest pass card ($25 value). All current membership fees received after April 15, 2010, will be charged a $20 late fee.
Some members have expressed interest in a multi-year membership. The Board has put together a 5-year membership. This membership will be $2300 for families. This is 4 years membership with the 5th free. This membership guarantees one free year, no possibility of increase in membership dues, no responsibility for assessment payments, and 10 free guest passes per year. This offer is only available to full membership (Families, Couples, and Singles). This option will be available until May15, 2010. If you have already paid for 2010, or have any questions regarding this offer, please contact myself or Kristie Cheek, Treasurer.
