Pool Manager Job Opening

It’s that time of year! Devon Country Club is looking for a Pool Manager for the 2012 summer season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day).
The Manager has overall responsibility for safety at the pool as well as managerial, administrative, facility, communications, and leadership duties. The Manager will be required to work 40 hours a week and manage 15-20 lifeguards.

It’s the 1st Annual Devon Woody Tennis Tournament

Look in your basement, garage, attic, shed, or other spot you might have shoved that Jack Kramer or Davis Classic…

Go to your local yard, garage, moving, or estate sale and look for those Chris Everts, Donnays, and Dunlops….

We’ll have a weekend wood racquet tennis tournament soon after Devon opens for the 2012 season so get ready and find those woodys.

Labor day has come and gone and another great summer at Devon is in the books. This also means that the Club Championship is complete for another year. It was a great tourney with some great matches Labor Day weekend. Congratulations to all of the winners (hope you enjoyed your growlers of Sun King) and to all who participated. Cook out Labor Day weekend

Once again we will be offering great food for all members and guests this Labor Day weekend!!!! Paul Pendleton and Brian Boyd will be cookin and cookin!!! There will be many items to choose from, Chicken, ribs, mac & cheese, the list goes on!
This year we will be selling wrist bands at the front desk. The very reasonable prices are: $5 for kids 10 & under and $10 for everyone else per day!!!! What a great and cheap way to feed your family and not be bothered with the grocery store or standing in front of a hot grill!!! Please come and enjoy!!!!
